Official Rules — Colorado Made. Mountain Ready. Giveaway
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The Colorado Made. Mountain Ready. Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Starfall & Pine Hospitality LLC, Colorado (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor and participating giveaway partners are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on September 30, 2026.
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Starfall & Pine giveaway page and submit the required entry form during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Limit one standard entry per person and email address.
Entrants may receive one bonus entry by tagging a friend in the comments on the designated Starfall & Pine Instagram giveaway post.
The tagged friend must be a real individual. Entrants may not tag themselves or use fake or inactive accounts solely to obtain a bonus entry.
The bonus entry is optional and is not required to enter the Giveaway.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a prize package featuring products from participating Colorado brands, including products from:
Colorado Aromatics
Mile High Munchies
Stargazer Fine Chocolates
Zaca
Approximate Retail Value: $____
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any stated prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including eligible bonus entries.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time period, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Delivery
The winner may be required to provide a valid United States mailing address for prize delivery.
The winner is responsible for any taxes or other costs associated with accepting the prize that are not expressly included in the prize package.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, uses fraudulent entry methods, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the proper administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or operation of the Giveaway.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating giveaway partners, and their respective owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
10. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility relating to this Giveaway.
11. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, and contact the winner.
Entering the Giveaway does not require an entrant to consent to receive marketing communications.
Entrants who separately choose to opt in to Starfall & Pine marketing communications may receive future news, updates, and promotional emails and may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
